Cut materials like cardboard, plastic, foam, leather, carbon fibre cloth, materials etc. with precision. Powered motor turns blade in direction of movement. Lifts and turns blade at sharp corners (definable in WinPC-NC controller software). Blade oscillates up and down (3mm stroke) to provide cutting of tough materials.
For most applications we recommend the use of the system with the vacuum bed option to hold material in place whilst cutting.
A specialist cutting matting is also offered. The thickness is 4mm, enabling you to cut through your material into the matting beneath. The matting is air permeable, enabling you to use it in conjunction with the vacuum bed system.
