The CNC mill T-Rex with a steel frame (type 0609 and 0712 even with solid cast steel frame, all other tubular steel frames) is now available for your operation, precise and exceedingly fast! The CNC router serves as a connecting link between our small, accurate High-Z machine and the big RaptorX-SL milling machine. It is stable, accurate and robust built – Best quality in the minutest details.

Permanent quality inspection

The T-Rex is the first machine which we developed in cooperation with a foreign company. The steel frame and some technical components are parts from suppliers which we inspected and tested with our high-quality standards. Optimal dimensioned THK and HIWIN linear guidings, ball-screw drives, brushless engine technology and a solid massive steel frame-substructure, plus torsion-free and high-class craftsmanship at low price-level are the main features of this machine series.

Ball screw offers considerable ease of maintenance

The ball screw drive on the Z-axis convinces as a further plus point with significant ease of maintenance.
Spindles with dimensions of 25 mm and a pitch of 10 mm are installed on the Z-axis as standard. On a machine with a tool change system, the spindles’ dimensions change and are 25x5mm. The central lubrication gives the option of manual or automatic oiling of the spindles.

The portal milling machine T-Rex Servo was specially designed as a more powerful alternative to 2D, 2.5D and 3D material processing. Servo motors on all axes reduce the machining time of the working process and increase economic efficiency. Besides, the position monitoring of the servo motors guarantees an even safer machining process The large machining area, including placement aid, is ideally suited for industrial panel processing.

High-quality components and bellows

Helical toothed ground racks, HIWIN/THK/PMI linear carriages and guides protected by bellows on all long axes and the solid steel frame make this mill a reliable and durable CNC machine. The T-Rex mill is suitable for many other 2D, 2.5D and 3D applications besides industrial panel processing. The cabling is also protected and safely located in the closed energy chains.

Optional 300mm and 400mm Z-axis traverse path

This machine series can also be adapted to your unique requirements concerning the passage height and the Z axis’s travel height! Instead of the regular travel of 200mm, we also offer the option of 300mm or even 400mm. We will discuss these and other requirements with you in detail to ensure that your new CNC mill will provide you with maximum flexibility and productivity in the future.
